New Jersey Has Gone To War With Connecticut Over Their New Road Signs

That’s certainly a bold statement.

The great state of Connecticut has updated their road signs!

Governor Ned Lamont shared the signs on X:

Welcome to Connecticut!

We’ve updated the signs that greet visitors as they enter our state.

There’s this one that calls Connecticut the “Foodie Capital of New England”:

There’s another one that calls it the “Basketball Capital of the World”:

There’s this one that says it’s the “Home of the Submarine Capital of the World”:

But the one that is causing the greatest stir is this one:

Yeah, the “Pizza Capital of the United States.”

“As if we needed more cause to forcibly remove Connecticut from New England,” this person said.

But no one is quite as furious as the state of New Jersey, the self-proclaimed “PIZZA CAPITAL OF THE WORLD.”
