OpenAI has said that Sam Altman was not was not consistently candid with the board during communications. So the board of directors had decided to replace him. Not only Sam, but Greg Brockman, President and co-founder at OpenAI has also quit the responsibility.
Board of directors at OpenAI has found CTO Mira Murati as the best candidate to work as interim CEO.
Greg Brockman, President and co-founder, released a statement on Twitter saying that Sam Altman was shocked to know what the OpenAI board of directors did.
Gerg also revealed that Sam received a text from Ilya about the next day’s Google Meet with the board. But Greg was not invited. Ilya also said that Sam was being fired.
