How do you get the Diablo 4 Spiritborn Rod of Kepeleke? The Spiritborn class was released alongside the Vessel of Hatred DLC, and with it, many new mechanics, items, and weapons also came to Diablo 4. This feral class channels the power of the most ferocious animal spirits, and the Rod of Kepeleke quarterstaff is one of the best weapons to aid your Spiritborn in this.

The best D4 Spiritborn build of course utilizes the most powerful skills and Spirit Guardians, but the best Diablo 4 weapon choice can truly maximize those skills. The D4 Rod of Kepeleke is an Ancestral weapon with the ability to boost your skills as well, so it’s more than just a stick that deals damage. It’s no easy feat, but here’s how to get it and take your Spiritborn to the next level.

Two Diablo 4 bosses have a chance to drop the Rod of Kepeleke Unique weapon: The Echo of Andariel, Maiden of Anguish, and The Echo of Duriel, King of Maggots. As an Ancestral weapon, the Rod of Kepeleke can only drop on Torment difficulties.

Once you’ve defeated Andariel in the main Diablo 4 campaign, you can summon the Echo of Andariel at Hanged Man’s Hall in Kehjistan. In any Torment difficulty, you can spawn the boss as much as you need until you get the required drop. To do so, though, you must first obtain two Sandscorched Shackles and two Pincushioned Dolls, themselves obtained from Lord Zir and The Beast in the Ice, respectively. Place these at the summoning altar in Hanged Man’s Hall and defeat Andariel again for the chance to obtain the quarterstaff.

Alternatively, you can summon the Echo of Duriel at the Gaping Crevasse to the south of Gea Kul. To summon the Tormented Echo of Duriel, you need to place a Mucus-Slick Egg and a Shard of Agony at the summoning altar. These must first be obtained from the Echo of Varshan and Grigoire the Galvanic Saint.

It might be tough to get your hands on, but the Diablo 4 Rod of Kepeleke is definitely worth it, making your Spiritborn skills more powerful in the RPG game. If you’ve yet to choose your Spirit Guardians, find out how to activate the Brazier in the Sacred Hunt quest, and find out more about the Diablo 4 difficulty levels if you’ve not risked Torment yet.
