PS5 Pro is set to arrive in a little over a month, trumping the current console with a souped-up GPU, AI-assisted upscaling, advanced ray tracing tech, and more. While the asking price is pretty steep, many PS5 games will be taking advantage of the new hardware, and it’s a list that continues to grow.
The latest addition is Diablo 4, Blizzard’s latest ARPG. The confirmation comes courtesy of the publisher’s senior vice president, Rod Fergusson:
Responding to a fan’s question, Fergusson says the game will “indeed be PS5 Pro Enhanced”. This includes Diablo 4’s upcoming expansion, Vessel of Hatred.
He stops short of sharing any details, saying these will come “at a later date”.
As far as we’re aware, this is the first Microsoft-owned game to confirm enhancements for PS5 Pro.
