They emailed and called to arrange delivery (even to do it safely during COVID-19). It was super easy to put together. It is quite firm, but I like that. The fabric is very comfortable. It feels clean and soft. It does tend to attract pet hair and the feathers that shed from my pillows so if that will bother you, consider it as a factor. My cat 100% approves though. I love the storage ottoman — it is HUGE and will soon be home to our board games. I’m excited to get a tray to put on it. It definitely has a curve to it, so it’s more difficult to use as a replacement coffee table than I had anticipated.
