This recipe is perfect for a super flavorful and juicy piece of salmon.

Plus, it’s great for those of who are not crazy about salmon. I can vouch for this because Nik is not the biggest fan of salmon, and he actually really likes this recipe.

It’s also great to get kids to eat more salmon — because ladies I know it can be hard to get kids to eat fish. And luckily I have a little two-year old who will gobble this up!

I know how hard it is to get family members on board when you are trying to eat healthier. And this simple and delicious recipe is great to help get others to eat seafood. Because I know seafood can be a little hit or miss with some people.

This salmon recipe is also super easy to make into a sheet pan meal — which is perfect for hectic weeknights or for meal prepping!

All you have to do is toss some veggies with some olive oil, salt + pepper, and load them up on the sheet.

You may want to start cooking them a few minutes before putting your salmon on the baking sheet! So easy!

Asparagus or green beans are super easy and quick veggies to use as sheet pan meal. They both cook quickly — they will actually take about the same amount of time as the salmon.

It you want to add in some roasted potatoes, you definitely can. I would just start cooking them about 30 minutes before you start you salmon. I like starting them first while I am prepping everything else.

  • 26 ounce salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons raw honey
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 12 garlic cloves, minced
  • salt + pepper

1. Mix honey, mustard, garlic, and salt + pepper to taste in a bowl.

2. Add salmon, cover, and let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.

3. Preheat oven to 400°F and line a glass baking dish with aluminum foil and lightly grease with olive oil.

4. Remove salmon from marinade and drizzle remaining marinade on top of salmon.

5. Place salmon fillets in dish and bake for 12-15 minutes, until fish flakes easily with a fork.
